Request for refund of debt recovery interest or fees
This form is for lot owners to request a refund of additional fees or charges incurred due to late payment of levy contributions. This might include penalty interest, loss of early payment discount, or fees for reminder or final notices.
Once the form is submitted, your request is provided to your committee for consideration and we will let you know the outcome once they have confirmed their decision.
Please note that this form does not guarantee a refund, and if your account remains in arrears further penalties may be applied while a refund request is being considered. It’s recommended that payment is made in full for any outstanding or disputed amounts without delay, which will not prejudice your request.
